We at Einfolge have helped one of our esteemed clients   to get 2 important patent approved in Australia. The client is one of the important players in Mechanical Hardware Goods and has its market in US, Australia and other countries.

The client has reached us to get this patent approved as it is very important in his patent portfolio to have these approved patents. These patents help the client in the given jurisdiction to stay ahead of its closest competitor. The competitor is a strong MNC and if these patents were not allowed, they would easily work around client’s product. The examiner has noted 6 X documents in one of the patent and the other 2 X documents.

While we got the patent with 2X documents approved in the first examination itself, the patent with 6X document had to go for 3 examination process. The examiner had strong objection with 6 prior arts .Our expertise Patent Response could counter those objections. Finally the examiner had to approve the patent.
